CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at MID Kollections. We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help:
1. Return Window
You have [10] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 10 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn & Unused: The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals must be attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must include your order number or receipt.
Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded
- Underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits.
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at admin@midkollections.com with your order number and item details.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
- Print and attach the provided return label.
- Drop off your package at the designated courier location
5. Return Shipping Costs
- [Option A: Free Returns] We offer free returns! A prepaid label will be provided.
- [Option B: Customer Pays] The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you that we have received it.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refun
