CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at MID Kollections. We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help:
1. Return Window
You have [10] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 10 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Unworn & Unused: The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals must be attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must include your order number or receipt.
Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded
  • Underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits.
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at admin@midkollections.com with your order number and item details.
  1. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
  2. Print and attach the provided return label.
  3. Drop off your package at the designated courier location

5. Return Shipping Costs
  • [Option A: Free Returns] We offer free returns! A prepaid label will be provided.
  • [Option B: Customer Pays] The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you that we have received it.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items 
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refun
