1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Times: Orders are processed in [2-3] business days (excluding weekends/holidays). A tracking number will be emailed.
- Rates & Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Standard (7-10 working days) and Express (3-5 working days) options are available. Delays may occur due to courier issues.
- International: Coming soon!!!
- Damages/Loss: MID Kollections is not liable for items damaged/lost in transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within [10] days of delivery
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags/packaging attached.
- Hygiene/Final Sale: Underwear, lingerie, opened swimwear, jewelry, and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
- Process: Email admin@midkollections.com with your order number to initiate a return and receive instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Except in the case of receiving wrong item, size or damaged items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
- Refunds: Approved returns are processed within [10-14] business days to the original payment method
